This is your workout for today 🙌 have fun, stay strong, and let’s get after it. First 15 Minutes: Dumbbells (Reps) • 10 reps DB suitcase squats • 10 reps lateral raises Cardio burst: 1 minute jogging in place • 10 reps hamstring curls on the floor • 20 plank shoulder taps Cardio burst: 1 minute jogging in place • 10 reps reverse lunge to hammer curl + shoulder press (left) • 10 left side plank dips Cardio burst: 1 minute jogging in place • 10 reps reverse lunge to hammer curl + shoulder press (right) • 10 right side plank dips Cardio burst: 1 minute jogging in place Break — Reset for the second half. Grab water, catch your breath, and get ready to push. Last 15 Minutes: Bodyweight / Barre (45 seconds each) After each move 15 seconds of 4 butt kicks + 2 jumping jacks 1. Second position plié pulses 2. Squats x2 to right leg lift 3. Squats x2 to left leg lift 4. Plié jumps 5. Left leg kick front to lunge 6. Right leg kick front to lunge 7. Walkouts to push-up 8. Tricep dips 9. Arm circles forward (second position hold) 10. Arm circles reverse (second position hold) 11. Reach up to tiptoes, then lower to squat 12. Left leg plié, right leg arabesque 13. Right leg plié, left leg arabesque 14. Mountain climbers 15. Curtsy lunges Let’s go. Stay focused, keep moving, and finish strong.
