UBE BAR UBE BAR bread These bars reminisces every Filipino’s childhood days during year 80’s & 90’s & still visible today in some local Pinoy bakeries. It is a dense bread shaped in bars then glazed with ube(purple yam) flavored syrup & coated with shredded or desiccated coconut.
