1995（平成7）年1月17日に阪神・淡路大震災が起きた後、2月2～7日に緊急輸送で神戸市内を訪れた際に撮影した街の様子です。 素人撮影で、画像も不鮮明です。 This video shows scenes of Kobe city taken during an emergency transport visit from February 2nd to 7th, 1995, after the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake on January 17th. The video was shot by an amateur, and the image quality is poor.
