The Key Interchange for the Cargo Port｜Cities Skylines 2｜Qingling Island EP22

  / ruchannel   After completing the cargo port district in the previous episode, it's time to focus on the transportation infrastructure that keeps it running. In this episode, I take advantage of the narrow strip of land located between two rivers to build a dedicated interchange designed specifically for the port and industrial area. By separating freight traffic from the rest of the city, the port can operate more efficiently while reducing congestion on nearby roads. The island between the rivers isn't used for transportation alone. I also develop several essential public facilities, including a wastewater treatment plant, a recycling center, and a regional bus terminal to support the surrounding districts. Even the space beneath the bridges doesn't go to waste. The underpass area is transformed into a basketball court and a skate park, while additional parking facilities are built alongside the interchange to improve accessibility and make better use of the available land.
