Car-dependent suburbs suck, but suburbs themselves don't have to. The key to fixing them is to look at historic designs that have already proven to be successful. In today's video, we are building a classic Streetcar Suburb in Cities: Skylines 2, modeled after real-life historic neighborhoods in Vancouver and Toronto. By the end of the build, we'll analyze the data to see how this human-scale design influences land value and transit utilization relative to the other neighborhoods in our city.
