A very special episode. This one is for my Vietnamese family. There are so many people hurting in central Vietnam so I hope we can work together to give back to people in need. For an episode that is about family then of course I had to take you to a place that feels like home to me. This com binh dan spot is something very special. A couple that has been working together for over 26 years and are still putting everything they have into making fantastic food every single day of the week. Teaching me so much and showing me everything this couple is so special, even more so than the amazing array of foods they make. If in Da Lat make sure to show them some love and eat some good food. Of course we got something sweet, and it just so happened to be from someone even sweeter. This lady sells only 4 types of che every day and I just so happened to get the last of one of my favorites, the Khoai mon. Her spot is a little hidden but she is worth stopping by in the middle of the day.
