A Church of the Full Gospel | Beniamin Lupșa June 14, 2026 Holy Trinity Christian Church Timișoara (Strada Nera no. 2, Timișoara) Text: 1 Corinthians 13:8-13 In the last days, God will pour out His Spirit on every creature. A visible result of the pouring out of the Holy Spirit on every creature is that there will be manifestations of the gifts of the Holy Spirit on people. The devil works in everyone’s favor so that the gifts of the Holy Spirit are as little understood and accessed as possible. Some currents that exist: Cessationists - say that the gifts ceased with the end of the apostolic period. Concentric Cessationists - say that there is no longer a need for gifts in evangelized geographical areas. Anti-supernaturalists - say that miracles no longer exist today.  Extreme anti-supernaturalists - say that miracles never existed. Continuationism - states that all the gifts of the Spirit are still for the Church today, for its edification. There are non-practicing, practicing and abusive continuists (it's all about the gifts and nothing else matters). Is there still a need for the edification of the Church today? Do believers still need to be edified today? The gifts of the Holy Spirit are given to us to help us. Through them we can win souls for Christ. Be zealous for the gifts! The Full Gospel Church encompasses the following aspects: Conversionism - we believe that the lives of those who have a relationship with God are transformed by the power of the Gospel. Activism - we work for the expansion of the kingdom. Biblicism - we base our life and doctrine on Scripture. Crucicentrism - the emphasis is on the cross.
