✝️ July 10, 2026 · Friday of the 14th Week in Ordinary Time 📖 Today's Gospel · Matthew 10:16-23 "It is not you who speak, but the Spirit of the Father speaking through you." Lord, let Your Spirit speak to my heart, which is weary from people. 🕯️ Today's Meditation There is a special kind of weariness that exhausts the mind, not the body. When I look closely, it is often not work or responsibility, but people who exhaust me the most. Jesus says, "Beware of people," but this is not a command to avoid people; rather, it is an invitation to listen to Your Spirit so that you do not waver even in the presence of them. I ask that, before the face that exhausts me today, you make room for Your Spirit before judgment. 🙏 Today's Prayer Lord, You who know my heart weary from people, Trusting in Your Spirit speaking within me, Let me go again before those I meet today.
