Resident Evil (2026) Trailer Reaction – What The HELL Was That?!

The new Resident Evil trailer is finally here!! Honestly, it doesn’t really feel like classic Resident Evil to me, but that's fine as it looks to be an excellent straight up horror film. There’s gore all through this trailer already, and some disgusting creatures that feels exactly like the kind of body horror you’d expect from the director of Barbarian. Is that Naked Duke?!? 🤣 I’m reacting to the brand new Resident Evil (2026) trailer and breaking down everything that stood out to me as a horror fan and long-time Resident Evil fan. If this ends up being a genuinely great horror film that also expands the Resident Evil universe, then I’m all for it!
