Laurel Park Place - Livonia, Michigan

Welcome to the Laurel Park Place mall located in Livonia, MI. Laurel Park Place opened in 1989 with Jacobson’s as an anchor store, a Marriott hotel and a office building behind the mall. Parisian opened at the mall in 1994 and a new wing was added. Jacobson’s closed and went bankrupt in 2002. In 2003 the Jacobson’s space would become a Von Maur. In 2007 the mall added big screen tv’s around the mall, a food court was added to the mall in 2008. In 2013 Parissn was rebranded into Carson’s. In 2018 the Carson’s closed and in 2019 the Carson’s store became Dunham’s Store. As of 2023 the mall is at 70% occupied. Let’s go inside take a look. Thank you for watching! you enjoy?
