Italian Parmesan Potato Wedges - A Great Appetizer or Side Dish Full of Flavor!

Italian Parmesan Potato Wedges 3 jumbo potatoes 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil 0.7 ounce packet Italian Dressing Mix 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 3 teaspoons paprika 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Ranch dressing/ ketchup/ Garlic Ranch Dressing/ hot sauces etc. for dipping Preheat oven to 400°. Slice potatoes lengthwise to make long wedges. (Approximately 8 wedges per potato.) Put potatoes in a large bowl and toss them in olive oil; and then in the seasonings and Parmesan cheese. Toss well and put the wedges in a single layer on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake in a 400° oven for 40 minutes or until a knife will easily insert into the thickest part of a potato wedge. Best served warm with your choice of dipping sauces.
