Cupra Born e-Boost - Charging across Europe

Although we like the Cupra Born, we felt it lacked a little something when we tested it earlier this year. Of course, sometimes it takes a little bit longer for a car to weave its magic on us, so we have been running the new, more power e-Boost model as a long-term test car to see if it has that missing ingredient we were looking for. And its first task was big one. How would it be on a European road trip? Would it "WOW" us over a longer distance? It also gave us the opportunity to try out the charging network whilst driving through four different countries. Is it a chore, or a delight to take an EV on that type of drive.
