Buying a CHEAP Cat skid steer, sight unseen, online. Will it run in Minnesotas Winter? 4 k

I bought a Cat Loader, Sight unseen, from an online website, had it transported up 1300 miles, just to have it get stuck on the trailer. This Loader seemed too good to be true. It was a 2018 Cat 259D with 747 hours, priced at $40,000-about $28,000 less than a brand new one. But it was in Mississippi. About 13 hours away. They claimed everything was fine with it. But it had never seen a Minnesota Winter. They hauled it up here. But will a Mississippi MUD cat start in a Minnesota Winter?
