Bind off matches the Long Tail Cast On
This Bind off uses a crochet hook but can also be done with a knitting needle if you prefer. Bind off the first stitch as you would normally, then slip the loop from your right knitting needle to a crochet hook in a similar size to the needles you are using for your project. Insert your hook into the next stitch on your left needle as if to knit, wrap the yarn around your hook and pull through, sliding the stitch off you left needle, continue to pull the yarn through the loop on your right needle, the stitch has been bound off. Twist the hook clockwise and you're done. Repeat until all stitches are bound off.
