Menstrual Disc or Menstrual Cup - Which to choose?

After using a menstrual cup for almost ten years I've been loving my menstrual disc, a lot! That said, they're not for everyone. I'll be going over how menstrual cups and discs are different and why you might want to pick one over the other. I didn't dive into the specifics of certain needs that may make picking a cup or disc better, this video is aimed at showing the overall features of cups and discs and why those may lead you to pick one over the other. BOTH work for most people so there are hardly any instances where a cup is the only option, or a disc. That just makes it a little harder for YOU but in many cases it just comes down to "do you want to reach high into your vagina and/or get a little bloody?"
