How to Pick a Menstrual Cup Size

Menstrual cups come in sizes that are determined primarily by their diameter at the rim (expand for links and more info) There are guidelines that brands will offer for you to pick which size is best for you but these guidelines are not rules, and there are other factors to consider. Do not pick a cup just for more capacity unless the other features work for you. Sizing by flow is not a thing. If the cup doesn't fit it doesn't matter how much it holds. If at all possible, don't buy a cup until you've measured your cervix height, if the cup is too long it's never going to be a good fit.
