First Time Trying Pakistan’s MOST Famous Food 🤯 | Louvre Abu Dhabi 🇦🇪

Hello Makkalea! ❤️ Welcome to another exciting UAE food and travel adventure! 🇦🇪 In this episode, I explore the breathtaking Louvre Abu Dhabi, one of the world's most iconic museums and the first universal museum in the Arab world. Designed by the renowned French architect Jean Nouvel, the museum is famous for its spectacular floating dome that creates the mesmerizing "Rain of Light" effect. Located on Saadiyat Island, it houses an incredible collection of artworks, sculptures, and historical artifacts from different civilizations, beautifully showcasing how cultures across the world are connected. With its stunning waterfront location, unique architecture, and inspiring exhibits, Louvre Abu Dhabi is a must-visit destination for anyone traveling to the UAE. After exploring the museum, it was time for something I had been eagerly waiting for my first-ever Pakistani food experience! I headed to one of Abu Dhabi's famous Pakistani restaurants to try two of their signature dishes: Beef Nalli Bannu Pulao and Beef Nalli Chapli Kabab. The Bannu Pulao, originating from the city of Bannu in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, is known for its fragrant long-grain rice, slow-cooked beef, and rich bone marrow. Every bite tasted incredibly authentic, with deep meaty flavors, perfectly cooked rice, and melt-in-your-mouth nalli. The bone marrow was so tender that its rich, buttery fat slowly dripped into the rice, making every mouthful even more flavorful and satisfying. Next, I tried the Beef Nalli Chapli Kabab, and it was equally impressive. Chapli Kabab originated in Peshawar, where it became one of Pakistan's most famous street foods because of its juicy texture, bold spices, and hand-pressed shape. This version was topped with rich nalli, and I could actually taste the buttery marrow blending beautifully with the minced beef, adding another layer of richness to every bite. Over the years, the large Pakistani community in the UAE has brought these authentic recipes to cities like Abu Dhabi, allowing food lovers from around the world to experience genuine Pakistani flavors without traveling to Pakistan. From admiring world-class art and architecture at Louvre Abu Dhabi to tasting authentic Pakistani cuisine for the very first time, this was truly a soul-fulfilling day. It was the perfect combination of culture, history, and unforgettable food, making this one of the most memorable experiences of my UAE journey.
