Hello Makkalea! ❤️ Welcome to Episode 3 of my UAE food adventure! 🇦🇪 This time, I visited one of Abu Dhabi’s most famous BBQ restaurants – Armanis BBQ, known for its massive meat platters, juicy ribs, and rich bone marrow dishes. The vlog begins with a relaxing evening walk through Abu Dhabi’s beautiful streets alongside my friends. Surrounded by stunning skyscrapers, clean and spacious roads, and people from all over the world, the city felt incredibly welcoming. It honestly didn’t feel like a foreign country at all. The peaceful atmosphere and well-organized streets made the journey to the restaurant just as enjoyable as the food itself. As soon as we entered Armanis BBQ, the warm ambience and mouthwatering aroma raised our expectations. We ordered their famous Honey Beef Ribs, Bone Marrow Beef Mandi, and Majboos Rice. The moment the food arrived, it was truly love at first sight! The giant standing bone marrow, glossy honey-glazed ribs, and spicy beef ribs looked absolutely irresistible. The platter was so huge that I could barely lift it! The first bite of the honey ribs completely won me over. The meat was unbelievably tender—it literally fell off the bone before I could even pull it apart. Every bite was juicy, smoky, sweet, and packed with rich beef flavour. The Majboos rice was fragrant, fluffy, and perfectly seasoned, absorbing all the delicious meat juices. But the real star was the bone marrow. It was incredibly buttery, rich, and creamy. Mixing the melted bone marrow into the mandi rice created one of the most satisfying combinations I’ve ever tasted. Every spoonful was full of flavour and simply unforgettable.
