Plus this is the fringe between nature and urbanism. On one side, there will be the MRR2 highway that's connected to Duke and Jalan Ampang which will bring you to KL City Centre in a short time duration. Then on the other, you can enjoy the upcoming KL Geo Park with your loved ones. Plus there's a brand new mall, international school, commercial area opposite the highway and the Gombak transit station between buses and LRT for convenience. East 57 consist of 57 landed homes situated within an interesting topography, but extremely challenging to construct. Hence this was pretty surprising to me as I think it's easier to build a highrise at this site, but the team took more effort to build these landed properties. However, I wish this site was connected to the main KL East township instead of being separated physically. Just something to take note during unit selection, there is a highrise project right in front which might block the view for some of the units. But I'm a fan of the facade language and layout design that maximised the potential of the topography. Levels are used to provide privacy to families if they are hosting 3 generations within the household.
