Dumping Doody on a Neighbor

The plaintiff says the defendant has been piling hazardous waste on his property, killing his vines and destroying his plans for a vineyard. He is suing for damages. She claims gaps in the fence allow her dogs and horse to escape, so she created compost piles to block them. She insists the material is not hazardous waste and is countersuing for aggravation.
