People Speak Up (Ysgol Coedcae School + Gofal Cilymaenllwyd Care)

Mae People Speak Up yn elusen Iechyd a Chelfyddydau sy'n gweithio ar draws De-orllewin Cymru, maent yn darparu mannau sy'n pontio'r cenedlaethau ar-lein ac yn eu canolfan Celfyddydau, Iechyd a Lles newydd yn Llanelli. Dyma gyfle i bobl ifanc a phobl hŷn i rannu a gwrando ar straeon ei gilydd. Mae'r ffilm hon yn rhoi cipolwg i chi ar eu hamser gyda disgyblion o ysgol Coedcae a chartref Gofal Cilymaenllwyd yn Llanelli. Mae'r fideo yma wedi cael ei ariannu gan Llywodraeth Cymru ar gyfer Wythnos Pontio'r Cenedlaethau 2022. People Speak Up are an Arts & Health charity working across South West Wales, they provide intergenerational spaces both online and at their new Arts, Health & Well-being hub in Llanelli. It gives younger and older People the chance to share and listen to each other’s stories. This film gives you an insight into their time with Pupils from Coedcae school and Cilymaenllwyd Care home in Llanelli.
