There are five series in total, and with each series, new movements are gradually introduced at a natural, gentle pace. Whether you have dance experience or not, or even if you donât usually exercise much, these sessions are accessible to all. The exercises are not strenuous, yet they work deeply from the core of your body. As each exercise is short, we recommend choosing one to do as a quick break during a day of remote work or in the gaps of your daily routine.
