Here's a morning workout for a healthy spine! These exercises are the perfect way to start your day. They'll stimulate your entire body and get it moving in many different ways. They'll gently warm you up and improve your flexibility. You'll feel fantastic! Of course, you can do this workout at any time of day! All you need is a mat :) The exercises presented here will help you: improve your spine's mobility, strengthen weakened muscles, and relax overly tense ones. At-home exercises are a fantastic way to take care of your entire body! I invite you to join me in regular workouts and subscribe to my channel! :) Use these exercises to learn what your body needs. Listen to the signals it's sending you – what does it need? Gentle stretching, intense strengthening, or perhaps improved mobility?
