The Most Underrated City in the Philippines? 🇵🇭

This coastal city on the southern tip of Negros Oriental is home to lots of retired foreigners, students, and, in general, kind people, so I thought I had to check this out for myself. Recently it has been in the crossfire for being the home of vlogger Pro Life Traveler who just got tossed out of the country due to his questional behaviour towards the locals. So let's see what's happening in this city, is it as good as people say?
