When Life Couldn’t Get Any Worse… I’m Still Pushing Forward

In this video, I’m being real with you. Business has been getting tougher and tougher, and real estate is not as easy as it used to be. A lot of people see the videos, the closings, the thumbnails, and the outside success — but they don’t see the pressure behind the scenes. Right now, I’m spending around $34,000 a month just to keep the business moving. Between marketing, payroll, operations, video production, and everything it takes to stay consistent, the pressure can feel overwhelming. I have an operations manager that costs about $125,000 a year, an editor that costs about $60,000 a year, and a buyer’s agent that I’m trying to help build up to $250,000 a year. That means people depend on me. My team depends on me. My clients depend on me. My family depends on me. And sometimes, I’m not going to lie — it gets discouraging. Real estate has changed. The market is tougher. Leads are harder. Buyers are more cautious. Sellers are stressed. Deals take more work. The cost of running a business keeps going up, and sometimes it feels like you’re carrying the weight of everything on your shoulders. But here’s the truth: even on the hard days, we still have to keep pushing forward. This video is not about complaining. It’s about being honest. It’s about showing the real side of entrepreneurship, real estate, leadership, and responsibility. Some days you feel motivated. Some days you feel tired. Some days you feel discouraged.
