17 Years in Real Estate… Here’s Where I’m Going Next

After 17 years as a licensed real estate agent and closing over 1,200 transactions, I’ve had the opportunity to help hundreds of families relocate to Las Vegas, build wealth through real estate, and create a career that has completely changed my life. Over the years, I’ve made millions in real estate, bought rental properties for long-term cash flow, sold at the peak of the market, and moved into renovating and flipping homes. One of the biggest deals I’ve ever done was a multi-million-dollar flip where I made over $800,000 in profit. But as I started looking at the bigger picture, I realized that flipping luxury homes and constantly building from the ground up can become an ongoing cycle of high risk, heavy taxes, and always needing to chase the next deal. Now, I’m entering the next chapter of my real estate career: multifamily apartment investing. My strategy moving forward is to buy 20- to 40-unit mismanaged apartment complexes, add value, improve operations, raise rents, force appreciation, refinance, pull my money back out, and repeat the process. The goal is no longer just making quick money — it’s about building long-term wealth, creating cash flow, and owning assets that can continue to perform even when the economy shifts.
