Summary: Time tracking with Arzeko in tomedo from the user's perspective Access: Arzeko can be accessed in tomedo via the daily list or separately on your Mac (in the doc). Log in using your tomedo credentials. Start time tracking: Click the large green button to start time tracking. View current data: The upper window displays the logged-in user, overtime account, weekly and daily target hours, and vacation entitlement. Edit recorded times: The middle window lists the times already recorded. Using the icons (hourglass, pen, paper), you can enter breaks, edit bookings, or add notes (e.g., home office, training). Monthly overview: The green monthly overview button displays a summary of the recorded times. Request a time clock booking retroactively: You can use the blue "Request a time clock" button to record time later (e.g., if you forgot to clock in or worked on weekends). Enter the time, date, and reason. View absences: The bottom window displays absences (vacation, holidays, illness, special leave). The "Vacation view" shows all vacation requests. Request vacation/absence: You can request vacation or absence using the blue button. Enter the time period and, optionally, a note. View application status: Under the envelope icon, you can see the status of your requests (pending, processed, approved/rejected). Approved requests display a green check mark, rejected requests display a red X. Pending requests can be edited or withdrawn. End time recording/break: Click the large green button to end time recording or start/end a break. Multiple Workstations/Logout: You can log in and out of any workstation. Arzeko runs continuously until you stop it or the legal maximum working time (10 hours) is exceeded. If this limit is exceeded, Arzeko will automatically terminate, and you will need to edit the booking and notify your supervisor.
