The Community Conservancies model in Kenya is being promoted to conserve wildlife outside protected areas. While there are over 200 conservancies registered by the Kenya Wildlife Conservancies Association, there is one unique conservancy - the Ilingwesi Conservancy in Laikipia, that has many thinking hard.
