fra Mario Berišić - Doctors advised my mother to abort me

Fr Mario is a member of the Croatian Capuchin province of St. Leopold Bogdan Mandić. He is currently in his 5th year of theology and is soon to be ordained a deacon. During his testimony for the Fruits of Medjugorje series, fr Mario said that he owes it all to the love and intercession of Our Lady of Medjugorje. When his mother was pregnant with Fr Mario, certain complications arouse and the doctors advised her to abort the child. She resisted and began praying to Our Lady of Medjugorje. Fr Mario’s mother consecrated her unborn son to Our Lady.
