Hello, this is Uncle Paul! This is an information channel for people who want to try pole dancing or are beginners. This time, we'll be covering the "Hunsta," where you lift your body by placing your neck on the pole. It's not really for beginners, so I apologize, but I'm introducing it as one variation of how to get into the Hansta. It's a bit difficult, so I'm also showing an easier variation: the Hansta from the Scorpion (Angel) position. I hope this is helpful! ★I teach beginner pole dance classes at the "Spiral Mode" studio in Koenji, Tokyo. Classes are generally held on the 1st and 3rd Sundays from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM, and on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. The 2nd and 4th Sunday classes are taught by Kurowataame.
