If you don’t try this delicious breakfast with local bread, you’ve seriously missed out. This rustic breakfast is very easy and quick to make, and in the end, you’ll be amazed. Along with this tasty and simple breakfast, I decided to make local bread in my own style as well. The name of this rural breakfast is omelet (grilled cheese). We usually use local Lighvan cheese, but you can also use regular breakfast cheese. First, sauté the cheese well until the moisture is gone, then add butter and eggs and fry everything thoroughly. We also use spices like turmeric. For the bread, I first sifted white flour, then added yeast, salt, water, and oil to make a good dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes, then easily cook it on a pan over a regular home gas flame.
