ECU Master DET3 Install and Setup on a 7MGTE (MK3 Supra)

I had several issues installing the DET3 on my 7MGTE and figured I could help some people get through the problems I experienced, A lot of the forum post and videos do not fully explain how to setup and install this tuner. more videos to come of MAF to MAP conversions and tuning.
