Jing Jiang Rou Si is here! 《Ingredients》 Beef sirloin 150g Jjajang powder, spring onion, garlic, shiitake mushroom, baby bamboo(optional), host green, sesame oil, soy sauce starch, egg, cooking oil 《Recipe》 1. Shred sirloin beef. 2. Break an egg, mix with beef, 3 spoons of starch, 3 spoons of cooking oil. 3. Mix pinch of salt, 250mL of hot water, 500mL of flour. 4. separate the mix from step 3 into sizes of a pingpong ball then flatten them little. (refer to the video) 5. cover the top of flatten mix with sesame oil, put one top of another then roll it over to completely flatten them. 6. fry the mix on a pan to make wrap. 7. shred 1/3 cucumber, 1/3 carrot, 2 spring onion(only the white parts). 8. boil host green little then wash on cold running water. squeeze water out completely. 9. put enough oil in a pan, stir fry the meat from step 2. 10. once the meat is fried, take the meat out and only leave 5 spoons amount of oil on the pan. 11. put spring onion and minced garlic on the pan, stir fry little then put in onion, baby bamboo(optional), shiitake mushroom and 1 spoon of soy sauce to stir fry little more. 12. put meat into the pan to stir fry more. 13. put 3 spoons of jjajang powder, 3 spoons of water then stir fry well then finished!
