My parents and I visited the village of our artist Fahriye Güney, known in Bulgarian as Velişane and in Turkish as Gabaaç. 🎶🌿 Our journey began with the newly paved, winding, and scenic roads we crossed to reach this village in Kırcaali. We arrived at the village after a long and enjoyable journey. One of the village's most striking landmarks was the historic Çalaplar Mosque. The drone footage we took here at sunset beautifully captured the village's peaceful atmosphere. 🌅🕌 The mosque's door was locked, but we enjoyed the view from outside. On the way back, a conversation with the village headman added extra meaning to this beautiful journey.
