Receita: Barrinhas nutritivas de semente de abóbora (29/04/25)

NUTRITIONAL PUMPKIN SEED BARS INGREDIENTS: 2 cups pumpkin seeds 1 cup dates 2 tablespoons peanut butter 1 pinch of salt INGREDIENTS FOR THE TOPPING: 70 g of 70% milk-free chocolate Seeds to taste for decoration PREPARATION METHOD: In a food processor, place the pumpkin seeds and grind until they turn into flour. Then add the peanut butter and chopped dates. Process everything again until it forms a light dough, but it is still slightly sticky. Line a pan with parchment paper, place the dough inside and spread it out well, pressing until it is uniform and compact. Then, melt the chocolate and spread it over the base, covering the entire surface. Decorate with pumpkin seeds to taste and place in the freezer for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm.
