This is a pre-built Valoriani Igloo 100cm internal wood fired pizza oven. The oven was imported from Italy as a kit and built in Sydney then delivered to Melbourne ready for a simple installation. After a few days of curing the oven will be ready to cook. This is a GR series kit which is a commercial grade oven that can also run on gas (120cm or 140cm only).
