Time to return to Minas Gerais and do a historic bike ride along the railway line in Aimorés, MG. Cycling in Minas is always a time of great historical significance. The railway line has beautiful mountain bike trails, with an impeccable scenery next to the Rio Doce, which divides Minas Gerais from Espírito Santo. We left Espírito Santo for this training ride, almost 60km with 500 meters of elevation gain, a real up and down on the trails. It took us about 2 hours and 30 minutes, a great time to build endurance and maintain consistency in our rides.
