🚵🔥 *TRAINING AT THE LEGENDARY HELL'S GATE | BAIXO GUANDU - ES* Today was the day to put my legs to the test in one of the toughest bike workouts I usually do! The challenge was at the famous **Hell's Gate**, a climb located on a privately owned dirt road in **Baixo Guandu - ES**. It's about **3 km of climbing with almost 400 meters of elevation gain**, including sections that reach close to **25° of incline**, making it one of the most demanding climbs in the region. The workout consisted of *2 blocks of 5 minutes at high intensity**, with **5 minutes of recovery* between them, taking advantage of the climb's difficulty to work on power and endurance. In addition to the physical challenge, the route passes through an incredible forest, with a short and very beautiful trail. To finish the training session, we chose a shortcut downhill, tackling an extremely technical section, full of ruts and obstacles that demand a lot of skill on the bike. This time I had the company of my wife and athlete **Quésia Dias**, who accepted the challenge, completed the training with me and even led the way on the technical descent. And as if the climb wasn't enough, we did all this around **12 pm**, facing a very strong sun and intense heat.
