80 and 77: Should We Still Be Sailing Like This?

Bill and I Spent a lot of August 2024 trying to get a trip down to the West Country (Dorset, Devon and Cornwall) in Zephyr IV my Westerly Ocean Quest sailing yacht. However the weather and our timings didn't seem to match and we didn't get that far. This video shows a couple of attempts when we decided to turn back due to rising wind speed and sea state. Forty years ago we would have probably plugged on but as we are both old guys now, me 80 and Bill 77, we decided to be respectful of our aging bodies and not push too hard.
