Warped Intake Manifold Repair and Check Engine Lights Ep. 14 1990 Saab 900S
The next video in the Sob series are some found vacuum leaks! I bought a cheap smoke machine attached to my cheap Harbor Freight air compressor and I was able to get confirmation that the intake gasket is leaking...but is it the gasket? Turns out the intake plenum aluminum is warped. After some Googling, I find a DIY method to level the plenum with just sand paper. After reassembly of the engine, I get some check engine light codes.
