Lemon Mousse Cake Ingredients: For the sponge cake: 5 eggs 240 g powdered sugar (icing sugar, confectioners' sugar, icing sugar) 260 g all-purpose flour 1 cup warm milk 1/2 cup oil Zest of 1 lemon 1 pinch of salt 1 tablespoon baking powder Zest of one lemon For the filling: 450g sweetened condensed milk 400ml heavy cream 1/2 cup powdered milk 130g melted white chocolate 250ml lemon juice For soaking the sponge cake: 400ml warm milk 125g sweetened condensed milk Lemon zest for decoration Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF) for about 20 minutes.
