Lewis and Clark County Commission Public Meeting 7-7-26

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING The Lewis and Clark Board of County Commissioners Public Meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 9:00 AM in Commission Chambers, Rm 330. It is the policy of the Board of County Commissioners to render a decision at a later date after they have had ample time to consider all oral and written public testimony. The BoCC may render a final decision on the same date if substantial new information is not received. Public comment must be limited to matters under the jurisdiction of the Commission. 1. (Sarah Sandau) The Commissioners will consider the grant application to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration funding opportunity titled “Behavioral Health Mobile Crisis Team Partnerships” for up to $750,000 per year for four years. The grant period is September 30, 2026, through September 29, 2030. b. Resolution 2026-63 to Levy and Assess the Broadwater Estates Rural Improvement District No. 2004-4. (Jessica Makus) The Commissioners will consider the resolution. c. Resolution 2026-64 to Levy and Assess the Sky View Rural Improvement District No. 2008-9. (Jessica Makus) The Commissioners will consider the resolution. d. Resolution 2026-65 to Levy and Assess the Wheat Ridge III/IV Rural Improvement District No. 2018-2. (Jessica Makus) The Commissioners will consider the resolution. 4. Public comment on any public matter within the jurisdiction of the Commission that is not on the agenda above. 5.
