NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING The Lewis and Clark Board of County Commissioners Public Meeting will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at 9:00 AM in Commission Chambers, Rm 330. It is the policy of the Board of County Commissioners to render a decision at a later date after they have had ample time to consider all oral and written public testimony. The BoCC may render a final decision on the same date if substantial new information is not received. Public comment must be limited to matters under the jurisdiction of the Commission. 1. Board Appointment. (Connor Fitzpatrick) The Commissioners shall consider appointing Isabel Zarske to the East Clark Street Water/Sewer District Board of Directors. l. Public Hearing. Lewis and Clark County's Preliminary Budget for Fiscal Year 2027. (Frank Cornwell) The Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to solicit input on the Fiscal Year 2027 budget. 4. Public comment on any public matter within the jurisdiction of the Commission that is not on the agenda above. 5.
