Welcome back to another Lake District hiking adventure! This time we're celebrating Elaine's birthday with a walk from Ennerdale to conquer Great Borne and Starling Dodd, two fantastic Wainwright fells in the Western Lake District. The day began with dry weather and high hopes, but halfway through the climb everything changed. Low cloud rolled in, bringing mist, wind and almost no visibility across both summits. Instead of panoramic views, this became a very different kind of adventure. Join us as we tackle the changing conditions before descending to the beautiful shores of Ennerdale Water and making the long walk back to the car.
