Welcome to the TimCrafter training vlog. I'm the head gym nerd over at the GymCrafter YouTube channel and at 55, I find myself, overweight, out of shape, and at the beginning of a fitness journey a lot of you can probably relate to. Too many people out there on the interwebs make this journey way too hard while at the same time making us feel bad for not getting the results we want. I'm just a normal guy who will struggle along the way just like you. Follow along as I show you that anyone can get in the shape they want to without it being complicated or difficult.
