Croissants

Have you ever had the urge to make croissants but didn't know where to start? This video tutorial is for you. Direct from Le Cordon Bleu, you can't get more a more authentic croissant than from the Parisians themselves. I'll walk you through the entire process from the equipment you'll need, the ingredients and the process - along with why I'm doing what I'm doing. So glad I came across Dini's (The Flavor Blender) recipe because it has changed the way I make croissants.
