Lapis legit Tanpa Oven cepat & mudah||5 Telur

Assalamualaikum This time, I'm making a lapis legit recipe that doesn't take hours to make, so it's not tiring or frustrating...😀😁 Because usually, making lapis legit requires a lot of patience...it takes a long time, but it's finished in less than 5 minutes...😊 This method is an alternative for those who don't have an electric oven, because a regular oven won't work unless it's the top-mounted one with a hole for burning charcoal. So, I'm making a steamed version of Lapis KW. Ingredients: 🍀 5 eggs 🍀 120 g granulated sugar 🍀 1/2 tbsp: SP emulsifier 🍀 1 tsp: Vanilla paste 🍀 110 g: Medium-grade wheat flour 🍀 1 sachet/25 g: Powdered milk 🍀 1/4 tsp: DA baking powder or 1 tsp regular baking powder 🍀 125 g: Melted margarine ~ Cocoa powder: 1 tbsp ~ Cinnamon powder/spekoek spice to taste ~ Pinch of parchment paper ~ Egg yolk coloring: 1 tsp 16 x 7 cm baking pan Note: ~ Baking powder is omitted in the recipe video at the beginning. ~ If you want a higher crust, use a smaller baking pan than the one shown in the video.
