Ingredients: 400 g flour 1 packet baking powder 120 g sugar 2 eggs 100 ml milk 100 ml oil 250 g quark (or farmer's cheese) 100 g chocolate chips Preparation: Knead all the ingredients together for the dough, then form small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the chocolate chips at 200°C (390°F) for about 20 minutes! Enjoy! :)
