This year, I have the incredible opportunity to fly a newly built Beech Bonanza F33A across the Atlantic to Oshkosh with Porta Air Service – to the legendary EAA AirVenture in the USA 🇺🇸 And I'll be taking you along for the ride from the very beginning: From the complete rebuild of the aircraft, through the initial steps and tests, to the big trip in July 2026. Because a single-engine transatlantic flight is anything but ordinary – it involves a great deal of planning, technology, and adventure. In Part 1, we'll take a look at the aircraft itself, its construction, and everything that goes into it, before it soon takes to the skies and later heads towards America.
