30 Minute Barre Workout / Booty Barre
I'm so excited to have you joining me for this 30 minute barre workout! This workout uses a small Pilates ball, looped booty band, and a light-medium weight. You'll also need a chair or Booty Kicker barre and a yoga mat. For 30 minutes we will warm up your muscles, sculpt those glutes (and a little core + upper body, too), then finish with a quick cool down.
